![]() I can restore the settings by going back to the LogiTune setup process (at which point Zoom recognizes the settings I put in beforehand), but I don't want to be showing my full background for the first 10-15 seconds of each meeting I have. ![]() However, every time Zoom grabs camera access (including starting a meeting, turning the camera on and off, or even going into video preferences), it treats it as if I am using the default camera settings, ignoring the LogiTune setup. I use a Logitech c922 camera with the LogiTune software to crop the camera to focus only on a part of my home office background. I can limit the exposure but at best I can click advanced to get the settings I want (I dont want brightness, I want gain) and it brings me to the never saving windows settings again.I recently upgraded to a new Macbook Pro with Monterey, and since then Zoom has been giving me problems with the webcam I use for my home office. Logitech G Hub and logitech gaming software NEITHER have the functionality to adjust gain. Windows webcam settings do not remember between PC restarts, so I have to set them for both webcams each time. When I have the auto exposure on, the brightness is right, but its much more grainy and sub 20 FPS. Now when I do this, I actually get much less grain, better quality and good FPS. I have a Brio, the ONLY way Ive managed to get my brio to look good with 60 FPS at 1080 is to drop exposure by 2 to -6 in Windows default camera settings (its on a well lit desk), and to increase the gain to +70-110 depending on the ambient light. I have a logitech C920 and disabling low light compensation in the default windows camera controls seems to do just fine - it's 30fps anyway. In the olden times, Logitech's camera software let you adjust more. So, I have had this issue for a long time, and Ive just been baring it to date.
